The Aura Woman

Last night I had a dream I was somewhere in the city talking to, well I don't know who, and a woman walked past and she was an array of bright colours around her, purples, pinks, blues, like a literal walking sunset. It was so incredible I called out to her, and said,

" Hey! Your aura is absolutely beautiful!"

She turned around, face glowing purple, and with a smile, graciously said, "thank you." and continued on her way.

The world pins so much on physical beauty. It has for centuries, especially around perceptions of womens beauty. 

And guess what? 

the woman in my dream didn't meet any of societies standards, but she outshone all of them in a kaleidoscope of joy and realness.\

She shone in the absolute  inner completeness, acceptance and love of herself.

So if you're standing in front of a mirror today, trying to figure out what to wear, get your makeup just right, or hair to behave, or picking your body apart...

Take a deep breath and laugh. Put on what brings you joy and makes you feel alive and comfortable in your skin,

and be absolutely already beautiful you.
